Trouble opening or accessing the online training courses or modules
If you are having trouble opening or accessing the course, we recommend using a different internet browser or a different computer.
The online training modules are best accessed via Google Chrome on a computer. It is recommended that you do not complete the online training modules using a mobile phone or tablet.
The recommended technical requirements to use the system are:
- Operating system
- Windows 10 or later
- macOS Sierra or later
- Internet browsers
- Google Chrome (latest version)
- Mozilla Firefox (latest version)
- Microsoft Edge (latest version)
- Safari (latest version)
Add-ons and toolbars can affect any browser's performance.
Please ensure that cookies, pop-ups (in both Internet browser and security software) and Javascript are enabled.

The videos won't play or cannot progress past them
We recommend trying again in a few hours or accessing the course in a different browser or on a different computer.
Please make sure that:
- You are accessing the course using a desktop or laptop computer. We do not recommend completing a course on a mobile phone.
- Please ensure that cookies, pop-ups (in both Internet browser and security software) and JavaScript are enabled. Below are some key links to assist in enabling pop-us:

Passed assessment – says RSA Refresher course not completed
Check you have completed all parts of the assessment:
- Once you have logged in, click on the RSA Refresher and Sexual Harassment and Assault: Recognise, Prevent and Respond.
- Click on the RSA Refresher course.
- Course will open in a new window.
- Click the 3 horizontal bars to open the left-hand menu.
- Check all menu items are ticked (see below).
- Complete any sections that aren’t ticked.
- Click Save and exit.
Your course should now be marked as completed. You can access the next step, the pre-training survey for the SHARPR course.

No RSA certificate
You cannot access your certificate because you have not completed one of the parts.
To receive your certificate, you must complete all of the following:
- pre-training survey
- Sexual Harassment and Assault: Recognise, Prevent and Respond
- post-training survey.
When you have completed all parts, they are marked as ‘Done’. It is only when all parts are marked as ‘Done’ that the certificate will be available to download. The course page should look like:

No RSA Refresher certificate
You cannot access your certificate because you have not completed one of the parts.

- RSA Refresher course
- pre-training survey
- Sexual Harassment and Assault: Recognise, Prevent and Respond
- post-training survey.
When you have completed all parts, they are marked as ‘Done’. It is only when all parts are marked as ‘Done’ that the certificate will be available to download. The course page should look like:

Completed course – can’t find my certificate
If you have completed everything, your certificate will be available under the ‘Certificates’ tab (see below). You must be logged in to access the ‘Certificates’ tab.
If you can’t see your certificate, go back and check you have completed all parts of the training in the ‘Course’ tab, including the post-training survey.

The information we collect about you will be used to issue you with a Certificate of Completion, inform you when new courses are available, send reminders about a refresher, assist you with any enquiries and to link your course completion to a venue you are working at (if applicable). In future, LCV may also use your data to link any course completions with your RSA Certificate of Completion.
Your employer and a liquor inspector can check validity of a certificate using the certificate number and name on your certificate. At times, DJCS may publish how many learners have participated or completed a course.
Any personal information collected by DJCS will be handled in accordance with the requirements in the Privacy and Data Protection Act 2014, the Health Records Act 2001 and the Public Records Act 1973.
You can gain access to the information we hold about you by making a Freedom of Information request (visit justice.vic.gov.au). If you have any concerns or questions, you can contact DJCS via email at privacy@justice.vic.gov.au.
