The certificate number does not work.

The certificate number is on the Certificate of Completion. Check that you are looking at the correct certificate. If the certificate says ‘Statement of Attainment’ and has the name of the training provider this is not the correct certificate. The number on this certificate will not work. Check your email account to locate your Certificate of Completion, contact the training provider who has issued the Statement of Attainment to provide you with the certificate number or contact us at contact@liquor.vic.gov.au.
